🟨 Sometimes we think, “I already know this,” and we stop listening. But God still speaks through the Bible today. When your day feels loud—pressure, distractions, worries—one verse can help your heart calm down and choose what is right.

🟧 Practice for today: Read one verse slowly. Ask, “Heavenly Father, what do You want me to do today?” Stay quiet for 10 seconds. Then do one small right thing.

🟥 Even now, the Lord speaks “My child, come and listen. I will help you today.”

Heavenly Father, thank You for speaking to me.
