1. Goal: Establish a small group system and build relationships.
2. Key Ministries:

• Launch and Stabilize Small Groups: Identify, train, and appoint leaders.
• Word-Centered Life: Regular Bible study and prayer meetings within small groups.
• Welcome and Celebrate: New believer education and small group activation.
• Share Church Vision: Continually share vision and mission with the community.

⬛️ 2026: Strengthening Community and Family-Centered Ministry

1. Goal: Deepen relationships and reinforce faith-centered family life.
2. Key Ministries:

• Small Group Growth: Encourage interaction among groups and host family invitation events.
• Emphasis on Family Worship: Provide parent-child worship resources and workshops.
• Building a Kingdom Culture: Initiate ministries reflecting both family and multicultural values (including multi-ethnic outreach).

⬛️ 2027: Gifts and Fruits of the Holy Spirit

1. Goal: Grow and mature through obedience to the work of the Holy Spirit.
2. Key Ministries:

• Activate Intercessory Prayer Teams: Strengthen Spirit-filled worship and intercessory prayer gatherings.
• Intercessory Prayer Seminars: Discover spiritual gifts and promote one-person-one-ministry participation.
• Sharing the Gospel and Testimonies: Share testimonies of lives transformed by the work of the Holy Spirit.

1. Goal: Expand discipleship training and evangelism ministries.
2. Key Ministries:

• Promote Discipleship Training: Equip members with core gospel principles and practical evangelism methods.
• Evangelism Campaigns: Organize outreach events for the local community.
• Foster New Believer Growth: Develop members who can teach foundational faith to new believers.

1. Goal: Expand mission work locally and globally.

• Strengthen Multi-Ethnic Ministry: Create tailored programs for members from multicultural backgrounds.

1. Goal: Strengthen unity among multi-ethnic members and the church’s identity.
2. Key Ministries:

• Multicultural Worship and Events: Reflect diverse languages and cultures.
• Jesus Community Ministry Seminars: Train leaders to serve and guide local churches.
• Family-Centered Ministry: Continue the spirit of God’s Kingdom and the Jesus Community within families.
