⬜️ Pour out your heart before God.

✝️ "Pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge." (Psalm 62:8)

🟨 Prayer is where the heart pours out what it has been carrying. God does not ask for polished words. He welcomes what is real.

🟧 Bring your sorrow, pressure, and unfinished thoughts before Him today. Do not keep everything inside. God is your refuge.

🟥 Still today, the Lord says:
"Pour out your heart before Me. I will hold it."

🙌🔥 "Lord, today I pour out my heart before You. Receive what I carry, and hold me in Your peace. In Jesus' name, I pray."
