⬜️ Tell the Heavenly Father what is in your heart.

✝️ “Pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.” (Psalm 62:8)

🟨 Prayer is a safe place to tell God the real truth. You do not need fancy words. The Heavenly Father welcomes what is real.

🟧 Today, tell God what you are carrying: sadness, worry, pressure, or anything you kept inside. God is your safe place.

——

🟥 Still today, the Lord says:
“Pour out your heart to Me. I will hold you.”

——

🙏 Let’s Pray
Heavenly Father, here is what is in my heart today.
Please listen to me and hold me close.
Give me Your peace.
In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen. 🔥
