⬛️ [ LENT W4-D23: Prayer: Watch ]
✝️ “Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.” (Colossians 4:2)

⬜️ Before you sleep, bring your day back to the Heavenly Father.

——
🟨 “Watch” means you do not just let the day pass. You look back with God and notice what shaped your heart today—what made you happy, what made you upset, and what you still carry inside.

——
🟧 Tonight, pause for one minute. Tell the Heavenly Father one “thank You” and one “help me.” Bring your thoughts and feelings back to Him.

——
🟥 Still today, the Lord says: “Bring this day back to Me.”

🙏 Let’s Pray
Heavenly Father, thank You for today.
Help me see what happened in my heart today.
Please forgive me, help me, and keep me close to You.
In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen. 🔥
