Advent is the four-week season before Christmas when we wait for the birth of Jesus Christ and prepare our hearts for His return.

The word “Advent” carries the meaning of “waiting for the One who is coming.”

This season marks the beginning of the church calendar and invites us into themes of waiting, hope, repentance, and generous sharing.
