⬜️ Serving on the praise team is not stage work. It is spiritual leadership.

🟨 In Scripture, worship often goes first.
Praise leads before the battle is finished.
Trumpets and songs are lifted as faith takes ground.

🟧 That is why a worship team must be spiritually awake.
Skill supports the mission, but it cannot replace the Spirit.
If we are not prepared inwardly, we cannot lead others outwardly.

🟥 Still today, the Lord says:
“My child, do not offer Me performance.
Offer Me your heart.
Stand before Me, and lead My people in faith.”

✝️ “Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name; make known among the nations what he has done.”
(1 Chronicles 16:8)

🙌🔥 Worship is not background. It goes ahead. Serve with maturity, wisdom, and unity.
